Video Analysis
In terms of content and methodology, video analysis is a focal point of our work in both teaching and teacher education research.
In several projects, video is used to analyse the design and quality of primary school lessons and to correlate them with things like the personality and learning development of primary school children.
Additionally, intervention studies are used to systematically examine the conditions for the successful utilisation of video analyses in teacher training. Video analyses are also used to analyse the competency development of (primary school) teacher training students.
