Welcome Center Summer Party on 12th July
Dear international researchers,
we warmly invite you and your families to the Welcome Center’s Summer Party! German researchers e.g. colleagues or tandem partners are also very welcome.
Welcome Center Summer Party with Barbecue
Date: Friday, 12th July 2019
Time: from 6.00 pm – open end
Place: international guest house, Collegium Oecumencium (Josef-Kindshoven-Strasse 5), barbecue area
We have funding by DAAD to buy great food and drinks. We will also get vegetarian and halal food. It would be nice if you could bring a side dish (e.g. vegetables, salad, chutney, sauce …) or a dessert. We specifically appreciate traditional food from your home countries! You can of course also bring your own food to be grilled.
To plan the shopping, we would kindly ask you to register by email (assistenz.welcome.international(at)uni-bamberg.de) by Wednesday, 10th July. Please let us know how many people you want to register.
We will organize a kids’-corner with toys and games for our young guests.
Fingers crossed for some good weather! We are looking forward to seeing you on the 12th of July!
