Rückmeldung Sommersemester 2017/Re-enrollment summer semester 2017

Liebe internationale Promovierende,

falls ihr momentan als Promotionsstudierende an der Uni Bamberg immatrikuliert seid, und das auch im Sommersemester 2017 bleiben m?chtet, meldet euch bitte jetzt zurück. Das funktioniert einfach, indem ihr bitte bis zum Freitag, 10. Februar die aktuelle Semestergebühr von 88,00.- Euro auf das Konto der Uni Bamberg überweist.

Wenn ihr das Geld rechtzeitig gezahlt habt, k?nnt ihr nach dem 30. M?rz euren Studentenausweis neu validieren. Einen Validierungsautomaten findet ihr z.B. im Erdgeschoss des Geb?udes in der Kapuzinerstrasse 25.

Bitte beachtet: Promotionsstudierende k?nnen in der Regel maximal 6 Semester immatrikuliert sein. Für eine Verl?ngerung über das 6. Semester hinaus, muss ein Sonderantrag bei der Studierendenkanzlei gestellt werden. Auch wenn ihr nicht mehr immatrikuliert seid, k?nnt ihr eure Promotion fertig stellen und euch zur Disputation bzw. zum Rigorosum anmelden. Weitere Infos findet ihr hier.

Dear international PhD students,

if you are currently enrolled as PhD students at the University of Bamberg and want to remain so during the upcoming summer semester 2017, please re-enroll now. This can be easily done by simply transferring the current semester fee of 88,00 Euros to the bank account of the University by Friday, 10th February.

If you pay the money in time, you will be able to validate your student ID with the new semester dates from 30th March onwards. A validation machine can e.g. be found on the ground floor of the building at Kapuzinerstrasse 25.

Please note: PhD students can generally only be enrolled for a maximum of 6 semesters. For an extension beyond these 6 semesters, you are requested to file a motion with the enrollment office. Even if you are not enrolled any more, you may still conclude your PhD thesis and register for the oral PhD exam. For more information, please check this website.
