Admission to the master’s degree programme in Religious Literacy requires an undergraduate university degree or an equivalent domestic or international degree in a related subject with a standard programme duration of at least six semesters comprising at least 180 ECTS points. Related subjects include degree programmes in the humanities, cultural studies, and social sciences, and include degrees in theology or religious studies.

German language skills at the B2 are required for this degree programme, which is taught primarily in German.

If you do not have all the required documents at the time of application, you can be admitted on condition that you submit the missing documents, such as the bachelor’s certificate, by the end of the second master’s semester. However, failure to submit missing documents in time will lead to your expulsion from the degree programme!
