In order to use the campusprint printing service, you must have a valid user account (BA number + password) and a student ID or service card.
Both for setting up campusprint and for printing with campusprint, your device must be connected to the data network of the University of Bamberg, for example directly via the university WLAN or using a VPN connection. Information on VPN at the University of Bamberg can be found at www.uni-bamberg.de/its/vpn.
... on computers at the University of Bamberg with Windows
campusprint is already pre-installed on all university computers (including PC pools) that have a standard installation of the IT-Service with Windows 10. If you want to print from such a computer, you can continue with Print with campusprint.

To send a print job to campusprint from your own PC, you must first install campusprinter-setup. Download the installation file(119.8 MB), and follow the installation routine. When you run it, you will first be asked whether you want to install campusprinter, confirm with (in german) Ja.
Figure 1 shows the installation window with the selection with (in german) Ja and Nein.
The installation package is then unpacked and the installation starts.
During the installation, a console window opens, wait until the console window closes. The campusprinter is then installed.
Figure 2 shows the console window with the running installation of the campusprinter.
