Nina's research focuses on the use of digital technologies in both private (e.g. social media) and professional (e.g. Microsoft Office) contexts. In particular, she investigates why individuals start using a particular digital technology again after they have already stopped using it. In the course of her research, she has already been recognized as Best Reviewer in both the General Track of ICIS 2023 and DIGIT 2022. For her master's thesis in the field of eye-tracking and machine learning, Nina received the 2023 Award for Digitization Research from the University of Innsbruck.
