We are thrilled to announce that two articles will be awarded as ?Best Papers‘ at this year's Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management (AOM) in Copenhagen! ? 

Congratulations to Richard Ladenburger, Victoria Hammes, and Maike Andresen. This recognition is a testament to the team’s outstanding dedication and strong collaboration.
